We recently worked with Ric at Lazare Mortgage Group and were very impressed with his knowledge of different products. Not only does he offer the opportunity to work with standard lenders, but also a selection of alternative lenders. Ric has kept us updated throughout the whole process and replies to all communications promptly. I was on the hunt to purchase my first home. I was searching for a Mortgage Broker in Kelowna because qualifying for a mortgage turned out to be seemingly impossible. The combination of rising interest rates, the crazy housing market peak in early 2022, and the fact that I am a single women applying on my own was making this very difficult. Ric Lazare and his team made the impossible possible. It has been a dream come true. Throughout the entire process Ric has been very personable and timely. Once the offer was accepted Ric had just 14 days to get a mortgage financed. He patiently took my endless phone calls and explained every detail of the process. He is very well organized and made gathering documents easy. Ric was I was able yo remove conditions (including financial acceptance) in just 13 days. My first home is now financed and possession is this week. I couldn't be happier with Ric Lazare Kelowna Mortgage Broker.

Ric Lazare - amazing Kelowna mortgage broker! It has been two years since I last used Ric’s services, so ample time to see how good his advice was. The first time I used Ric he recommended a variable rate mortgage, the second time a fixed rate. Both decisions have proved to be spot on. But not just that, I recently ported a mortgage and our friends are envious of cheap that was. So not only did Ric recommend the right type of mortgage, but he found a great rate and a product that allowed us to change our plans without costing much.

Our Realestate purchase was unconventional and complex, at least for me. Ric rose to the occasion and was available to communicate with our lawyers at all times to get us through to completion. We were very impressed with Ric’s professionalism and patience. It’s very helpful to find a broker that can communicate on the same frequency as your lawyers, and Ric is one of them.

Just finished securing my 3rd property financing with Ric and I'm extremely grateful for having him on my real estate team. Ric was referred to us by another "satisfied customer", and I am so grateful she did. My husband and I are self employed so we usually have painful dealings with any financial institutions. Ric helped us to finance an investment property and when the deal went wrong in the 11th hour (the bank's underwriters changed their policies), he found us a better deal within a few days! Ric is your guy, he has your best interest in mind. He explains things in a compressed simple way to understand while at the same time pointing out the key details you need to know.
